Trump to GOP: Reelect Me in 2024 or We All Will Face the End of Time

A lot Hooey vs. Total Kablooey

This NEWSWEEK article is worrisome and more since it comes from Trump with this headline:

“Trump Vows to Prevent World War III, Says He's the Only One Who Can”

Trump in a speech touted his abilities as the “only 2024 presidential candidate who can prevent World War III.”

The article in part (edited to fit the blog):

Trump said during a campaign event in Davenport, IA that there had never been “a more dangerous time for the world (after arguing that President Bidenhad driven Russia right into the arms of China.”

Trump then promised to prevent a new global war, drawing cheers from his enthusiastic followers, saying:Standing before you today, I am the only candidate who can make this promise: I will prevent World War III, because I really believe you're going to have World War III.”

Trump said earlier that he had spotted a person outside the event wearing a hat that said: Trump was right about everything.”

He said the message on the hat was true claiming that: His previous comments on the Nord Stream 2 pipeline proved his prophetic abilities.

Early in his speech, he said: Biden was unable to speak right and would lead the country into a nuclear war that could possibly end the world.”

Then “Crystal ball Don” concluded saying that his victory in 2024 would lead to an abrupt ending of the Russia-Ukraine war, which has stretched on for more than a year with no signs that a peace deal is likely to be negotiated.

He as before boasted that a talk with Putin is all it would take for him to quickly end the war, adding: Shortly after I win the presidency, I will have the disastrous war between Russia and Ukraine settled. It will take 24 hours, if it's not done before then.”

My 2 Cents: Slick Trump at his very best, or in this case at his very worse ever.

Yet, the crowds lap it up and stick with him, yet how and why is beyond me. But, he truly is a very clever experienced con artist – the best ever elected to office.

Based on his remarks, maybe there will be a remake of the 1998 hit movie Armageddon with Trump replacing the now ailing Bruce Willis, who may be watching with a dash of envy.

Stay tuned … I’m sure Hollywood is watching, too.

Thank for stopping by.
