Trump Election Fraud Claims: Based on His Arrogance & Fear But No Evidence

Chris Krebs' Case Could Stop Proceeding

USSC should use this story in any pending case that it is considering from Trump who is challenging the 2020 election results – that story is published here from CNN:

Chris Krebs, the former Director and top cybersecurity official at DHS, said Trump's decision to unceremoniously fire him via tweet was not how the way he wanted to go out.

Krebs was booted from his job via a Trump tweet. Krebs told “CBS 60 Minutes” in an interview that he was not completely surprised by his dismissal and said he is most upset about not having a chance to say farewell to his former team that he loves and worked with for three and half years at DHS.

Trump announced via a tweet that Krebs was being “…terminated from his job running the cyber arm of the DHS effective immediately because Krebs' recent statement.”

That Krebs’ statement in part rejected Trump's claims of widespread voter fraud which Trump tweeted was “highly inaccurate.”

Krebs’ agency statement goes along with state and private election official statements and findings that all have said: “The November 3rd election was the most secure in American history. There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.”

In his interview with “60 Minutes,” Krebs also said equivalently that he stands by his report and other state and local public statements.

After Krebs’ statement hit the press, Trump went into a wild rage sending out his revengeful tweet terminating Krebs, who in reality was fired for doing his job by telling the public the truth about the election – that it was safe and secure.

That was not what Trump wanted to hear. Trump all long said: “The election was rigged, had wide spread fraud and cheating, and that he, not Biden had really won.”

My 2 cents: As I said up front this is a good case format for the Supreme Court to use as a precedent to stop the Trump BS fantasy and his many failed court cases to overturn the 2020 election.

In short, his revengeful and bullish selfish tactics have worn thin ... time to put a stop his antics.

Thanks for stopping by.
