Very disconcerning article from three Top GOP House “Leaders” (seen above) calling on President Joe Biden to resign as President after he announced that he would no longer seek reelection.
They say he cannot continue as
President if he is unable to run for another term as reported on from THE HILL – very disturbing story:
GOP House Speaker MAD MAGA Mike Johnson (R-LA) posted on X: “Joe Biden is not fit to run for President so he is not fit to serve as President. He must resign the office immediately. November 5th cannot arrive soon enough.”
GOP House Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-MN) wrote on X: “If the
Democrat party has deemed Joe Biden unfit to run for re-election, he’s certainly
unfit to control our nuclear codes. Biden must step down from office
immediately.”
GOP House Conference Chair Elise Stefanik (R-NY) said in her
written statement: “If Joe Biden can’t run for re-election, he is
unable and unfit to serve as President of the United States. He must
immediately resign.”
MAD MAGA Mike Johnson then threatened lawsuits (report from Politico.com) to try
to force Biden to appear as the Democratic candidate, saying on ABC News: “Every
state has its own system and in some of these, it’s not possible to simply
just switch out a candidate.”
My 2 Cents: MAD MAGA Mike Johnson (R-LA) is 100% over the edge of the sanity department. The above proves that.
FYI: Johnson’s threats are empty say many legal experts.
Why? Though Mr. Biden was the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee until he decided to withdraw from the race, he would not legally have become the Democratic nominee until he was formally nominated by delegates at the party’s convention in Chicago, which is scheduled from August 1-9 (report on from USA Today).
If anyone should leave their seat then its 100% MAD MAGA Mike Johnson and I also say, take the other two with you and good riddance to bad rubbish as they say.
