Top Criminal: Trump Likes Being First, Best, and #1 This Exceeds Does That

Trump lies on his Truth SOCIAL page
(No nuke docs at Mar-a-Lago)

Washington Post exposes his nuke doc lie

Astonishing breaking story from the Washington Post via Yahoo.News and this headline from Reuters:

“Document seized from Trump home described foreign government's nuclear capabilities: Washington Post”

The first chart above is a lie-filled quote from Trump on his Truth SOCIAL page posted on August 12, 2022, which was a few days after the August 8, 2022 FBI document raid at Mar-a-Lago.

The second chart hints at the Washington Post shocking report (September 6, 2022) linked above by great WaPo reporting.

From the story:

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A document describing a foreign government's military defenses, including its nuclear capabilities, was found in the FBI's search of Trump's Mar-a-Lago FL resort home (Washington Post report).

The Post report, which cited people familiar with the matter, did not identify the foreign government discussed in the document, nor did it indicate whether the foreign government was friendly or hostile to the United States.

Trump representatives and the Justice Department did not immediately respond to requests for comment from Reuters.

The FBI recovered more than 11,000 government documents and photographs during its August 8 search – that according to court records.

Also, according to the Post, some of the seized documents detail top-secret U.S. operations that require special clearances, not just Top-Secret/SCI clearance. In fact, some of the documents are so restricted that even some of the Biden administration's senior-most national security officials were not authorized to review them.

As we know, the DOJ is investigating Trump for removing government records from the White House after he departed in January 2021, then storing them at Mar-a-Lago.

Related: On Monday (Labor Day), U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon — a Trump appointee — said in her ruling that the “Special Master” should be able to review the seized documents both to address questions of attorney-client privilege and to litigate claims of executive privilege.

My 2 cents: Based my more than 44 years of military and DOD service with much of that time in the intelligence field, I know as the FBI assessment says, and that is, government employees screening the documents already had set aside the ones that might have been protected by attorney-client privilege and they also argued that executive privilege was not at play here – thus the special master approval is basically a moot point.

Also, even the special master would be need a high level special clearance to even see or handle any high-level nuclear-related documents, assuming they even will be found – which at this point seems highly unlikely.

Plus, there is no provision in law to give anyone them a “temp nuke access clearance.”

However, the special master approval enhances Trump’s main goal and that is: To stall and delay and disrupt this whole process and to run out the clock as it were for his benefit and lifelong strategy in serious legal cases involving him with possible jail time on the other end like surely does.

Stay tuned – this truly is earth shaking news.
