Trump-Barr Melodrama: Cock-and-Bull Story Keeps Going Like the Energizer Bunny

Man in the Middle Keeps Calling the Wrong Shots
(America Will Wise Up Very Soon)

Several more important items vis-à-vis Trump/Russia connection and more about AG Barr vs. Mueller report:

Super article here (from Salon) – logical, rational, and very thought provoking – Trump-Russia connection.

More here on Barr also (Raw Story) Barr meeting prior to Trump nomination.

And, a bit more on Barr from here (Law and Crime) – critical details on that Barr-DOJ meeting prior to Trump nomination as AG to replace Sessions (Trump was seeking a protector not another recusal he got from Sessions).

William Barr was invited to meet with three officials from the DOJ the same day he sent an unsolicited memo to President Donald Trump criticizing special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation.

Barr, who was a private attorney at the time and a former attorney general under George H.W. Bush, ate lunch three weeks later with the officials and was then nominated six months later to become Trump’s attorney general (originally reported from The Guardian).

Steve Engel, head of the OLC at the DOJ was the one who arranged the meeting — which has not been publicly disclosed until just recently (today in fact: April 5, 2019).

The meeting raises new questions about the White House decision to nominate Barr to oversee the DOJ to include the Mueller investigation of Trump campaign ties to Russia.

My 2 Cents: It is becoming clearer daily that Barr is providing cover and a shield for Trump.

I also believe that Barr's argument and Trump's premature cheering and self-congratulation are starting to wear thin with the public, and I also believe both would lose the argument even their actions happen to reach the USSC.

But, we shall see – this is just my view, so stay tuned.

As always, thanks for stopping by.
