But, Nothing Touched Trump, Right Mr. and Mrs. GOP

Short
video on S/C Robert Mueller – “The Man Who Led the
Russia Investigation.”
Very
enlightening – plus Mueller was a Marine Lieutenant Infantry Platoon Commander
in Vietnam.
He has had a
very honorable career in many areas (mostly
as FBI Director – second longest serving since Hoover).
He also had high
praise as he began the Russian election tampering investigation from almost
everyone.
Now,
however, that GOP worm has turned as they say - what can we call this? Maybe this idiom fits?
Now
based on many Republicans turning on Mueller
Clearly shown and based in this
lengthy article from Real Clear Politics, we can see many in the GOP are now bashing
and belittling Mr. Mueller as they cling to Trump in a run up to 2020 election
cycle.
Plus, the GOP-FOX “24/7 Machine” is on its highest “spin” cycle setting,
too.
My 2
cents:
Why is that do you
suppose many GOPers have turned on Mueller?
My hunch is that they probably are afraid of the “Wrath of Don” and his hold the GOP base.
Since many GOPers would be even weaker going into 2020 if they continued to, or
started to stand up to Trump, and now more so since many of them think the
Mueller report “cleared” Trump of any wrongs, they are a word, “scared sh*t less.”
Thus, they will stick with him no matter what the
truth is otherwise.
