Then recall his #1 campaign promise to help the forgotten man and woman in America ... however, get in line behind him. No, damnit the other line – the bread line...

The first line is for Trump “steak” holders. The line behind is for the other 98% of Americans – you know, the ones “left behind” for the scraps – e.g., hot dogs ground up from leftovers from the top crust.
