Another School Shooting: More GOP - Rightwing and FOX Denials & Blame Games

Routine for GOP and FOX: Dodge, Duck, Delay, and Deny

The only truism without dispute

This update (May 20, 2018) supplements the earlier post that follows:

WASHINGTON (The AP) — Deflect blame for the bad things. Take undue credit for the good things.
When President Trump and his EPA chief, Scott Pruitt, sat down with different audiences this past week, the blame game was on full display. So was some chest-thumping. For example:
Trump tried to lay responsibility on Democrats for the separation of children from parents at the border, even though the policy comes from his own administration. He cited outdated numbers to boast about a decline in illegal border crossings.
Scott Pruitt claimed credit for pollution cleanups done mostly by the Obama administration while flubbing facts about his 2017 condo deal and blaming underlings for his recent string of ethical woes.

My 2 Cents: Blaming just about anyone in sight for his failures and woes is in Trump's DNA. At the same time, he takes credit for other people's successes. In short he will do or say anything to fluff his own ego and then if it serves only him and no one else.

Original post follows:

The GOP right and FOX cheerleaders are sick: They will do, say, pay, try, lie, imply, or deny anything to protect guns – this is their last display on that subject and is totally disgusting, undignified, and in some cases a shame as this latest list shows:

My 2 Cents: The GOP rightwing and FOX cheerleaders just do not get it.
The pattern is clear and predictable and it’s as routine as any Trump strategy: Blame everyone and everything except the root cause of the basic problem, and in this case: Don’t blame guns or the deranged high school student involved.

It’s never the guns, the massive display and easy access to guns; nope, all the other things listed above none make sense by themselves.
For example “open carry laws” where in the hell does the constitution say that?
The arrogance, in your face is crazy in and of itself. But the righties never address that – this latest school shooting in Santa Fe is the latest prime example.
Thanks for stopping by.
