Fair Voting: We Don't Need Any Stinking Fair Voting

Of course, a leader in fake voter fraud has to be Wisconsin.

This slide is update to the issue that follows below

Update of the following post: The GOP sees no way to win next year, so win anyway possible by stopping the vote, reducing the vote, suppressing the vote, and winning at any cost other than by fair and open elections as seen in this excellent 12-minute video from the ED Show on msnbc.msn.com.

The GOP: Says they are only standing up for American values, the rule of law, the Constitution, our democratic system, the overall process, and even for the public good with effective and efficient government? Right - nope, think again.

Original Post Starts Here: Great rundown on the GOP's obstructionism at this site - good charts and simple statistics... check them out (source: Crooks and Liars.com).

Regarding the Senate and their old worn-out rules? "...cloture (to shut off debate and vote on issues) was invoked a total 63 times in 2009 and 2010, which isn't the just the most ever, but it's more than the sum total of instances dating between 1919 and 1982." (source: The EdShow on MSNBC.MSN.com). Guess whom the cloture was directed at in these cases? That's right:

The GRAND OBSTRUCTIONIST PARTY . . .

GOP moves in several states and growing, to suppress the vote next year - posted at RawStory.com with a report from the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU (.pdf format report here). I have to tell you, this report is worth your time to read - you can worry later. It contains a worrisome trend.

We must continue to fight these laws in those states - we must stand up to the injustice now being sought by the phony name and game the GOP is playing.

They say they are only preventing fraud from happening.

However, this is a fake problem that does not exist.
